1. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
2. Heart disease (when sodium restriction is sought)
3. Concurrent use of urine-acidifying medication
4. Growth, gestation/lactation

Product description

Effectively dissolves Struvite uroliths. Increases volunatry water uptake leading to understaturated urine, unfavorable to development of both struvite and oxalate crystals

Indications
Bacterial cystitis
Dissolution of struvite uroliths
Management of recurrent struvite & calcium oxalate urolithiasis

Contraindications
Pregnancy, lactation and growth
Chronic renal failure, metabolic acidosis
Pancreatitis or history of pancreatitis
Hyperlipidaemia
Heart failure
Use of urine-acidifying drugs

Composition

Ingredients
Maize flour, rice, animal fats, dehydrated poultry protein, maize gluten, minerals, hydrolysed animal proteins, vegetable fibres, soya oil, fish oil, fructo-oligo-saccharides, mono - and diglycerides of palmitic and stearic acids esterified with citric acid, marigold extract (source of lutein). Protein sources: dehydrated poultry protein,hydrolysed animal proteins.
